Absolutely brilliant service from JM Locksmiths Wigan, front door lock in new home failed, couldn’t do anything with it, came straight out explained everything he was doing, upgraded the lock to a more secure fitting, great guy good price, will highly recommend 5*

John rescued me! I'd lost my keys on a morning run, rang JM Locksmiths and explained the situation, asking him to "pencil" me in for 5pm in case i found the keys or located a spare. He quoted a reasonable price. When I couldn't find a spare, John arrived and although it took him longer to pick the lock than expected (apparently it was a really good dead lock) he honoured the quote.
